Caroline is a Comox Valley artist, poet, and certified Intentional Creativity® teacher offering workshops and 1:1 sessions. Her art, poetry, and teaching focus on themes of empowerment, resilience, and transformation.
Caroline has always been moved by the power of raw expression and storytelling through image, language, design, and movement. Her creative work is inspired by the domains of quantum physics, metaphysics, heart wisdom, the mind-body-spirit-field connection, feminine principals, holism, and a deep connection to Mother Earth.
Caroline’s creative and healing work is driven by a passion to move energy through her hands in a way that heals and inspires. Her visual art and poetry are reflections of her story and the story of many, both present and ancient. Her creations are informed by her own personal growth and evolution and all that causes her to feel deeply connected both internally and externally.
Having only dabbled with writing and creating visual art throughout her life, Caroline found herself committing to a creative path in 2016 when she studied poetry with Victoria Erickson and Intentional Creativity with Shiloh Sophia. Caroline has published with the Urban Howl, will be self-publishing her first book poetry in 2020, and became a certified Intentional Creativity Teacher through the Color of Woman School in 2017.
Caroline is also a registered nurse and studied with Lissa Rankin, MD earning a the Whole Health Medicine Institute certification in 2016. Caroline has a keen interest in how Intentional Creativity can help heal the body.
